Rules and Regulations

 

• Proof of current negative Coggins required at all facilities.

• Western Classes will be judged under current AQHA guidelines.

• English classes will be judged under current USEF guidelines and are subject to show management and judge's discretion.

• ALL riders under the age of 18 must wear an ATSM/SEI approved helmet when mounted, regardless of discipline. 

• Helmets must also be worn in ALL over fences classes, regardless of rider's age.

• Adults showing in any non-jumping classes are strongly encouraged to wear helmets and will never be penalized for doing so.

• Please do not bring dogs to the show.

• Please do not bring stallions to Stone Gate Farms.

 

Social Grace and Facebook Policy

 

• Management reserves the right to ask any competitor, trainer, or spectator to leave if we feel their behavior is disruptive or unpleasant. Horse showing is fun and this is a kid-friendly environment. We aim to keep it that way. 

• We love social media, but anything posted that can be deemed unfavorable to the series or a host farm will be grounds for member dismissal.
